Homecoming and Family Weekend is a wonderful time when families can get better acquainted with the Hobart and William Smith campus and the Geneva community. We want to welcome all of our family and friends back to campus to enjoy a variety of events and activities throughout the weekend.
Before filling out this year's online Homecoming 2017 Registration, please review these helpful hints:
SHORT AND SWEET
To keep the online form as short as possible, we have eliminated most descriptions of the events and meal offerings. For more details about the events and meal options, we recommend opening the online full schedule in another window for reference while filing out the online registration form.
Registration Fee - $30 per family, $20 per individual. The fee helps offset the cost of entertainment, refreshments, activities, ticket price to the football game, as well as many other extras.
Quad-a-Palooza Dinner, Friday the 15th - $23 per adult, $18 per teen 13 - 18 years old, $13 per child 12 and under, Free per child 5 and under. Please note day of pricing will be higher without prior registration. No need to register your HWS Student - their meal
Game Day Tailgate, Saturday the 16th - $20 per adult, $15 per teen 13 - 18 years old, $12 per child 12 and under, Free per child 5 and under. Please note day of pricing will be higher without prior registration.
HWS Students with meal plans can use their meal plan for the two meals listed above; however, they may not use guest passes from their meal plan at either the Quad-a-Palooza Dinner on Friday evening or the Game Day Tailgate on Saturday late afternoon.

Only begin filling out this form when you are ready to complete it. Incomplete forms cannot be saved for completion at a later time. Changes to your registration, including last minute additions or deletions, can only be made by calling the Office of Parent Relations toll-free at (877) 497-4438.
GIVE CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE
Online registrations can only accept payment via a credit or debit card. If you intend to pay with a check, please call (877) 497-4438 or email the Office of Parent Relations or a paper/PDF registration form. You can mail your completed registration form with a check (or if you would like to email or fax the completed form, there is an area to write in your credit/debit card) to us by September 11, 2017.
